Is Jacked available on Android?
iPhone only for now. iOS 16 or later required.
Does it work with Apple Watch?
Not yet. The coach lives in the iPhone app for now — Apple Watch support is on the roadmap.
Does it work offline?
Manual logging works without a connection — your sets are saved on device and sync when you're back online. Coaching runs on AI, so starting a coached workout needs a connection. If it drops mid-session, your logged sets are safe and you'll see a clear message — nothing is lost.
How much does it cost?
Logging is free — no subscription, no trial, no ads. Track every lift, set, and PR, keep your full history, and import from another app at no cost. Coaching — where your coach calls your weights, explains the reasoning, remembers your sessions, and writes Coach Reports — is a paid subscription. You'll see exact pricing in the app before you subscribe.
What do I get without paying?

You can also import from Hevy, Strong, or a CSV. No subscription required.
How do I cancel?
Through your iPhone's subscription settings — Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel any time; you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Can I bring my history over from Hevy or Strong?
Yes. Export your workout history as CSV from either app, then go to History → Import in Jacked. Your exercises are matched automatically and your coach starts from your real history — no blank slate.
Can I export my workout data?
Yes. Settings → "Export workout history" sends your full history as a CSV — every exercise, set, weight, and unit. It's your data, take it anywhere.
