Overview

Jacked is an AI-powered fitness coaching app for iOS. We built it to help you train consistently and make progress — not to collect your data. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we protect it.

What We Collect

Account Email

We collect your email address when you create an account. This is used solely for authentication — to let you sign in and recover access to your account.

Workout Data

Your workout sessions, sets, reps, and history are stored on your device and backed up to our secure cloud storage (Amazon Web Services S3) so you can restore your history if you reinstall the app or switch devices. This data is associated with your account and is only accessible to you.

Coaching Conversations

Messages you exchange with your AI coach are sent to Anthropic (makers of Claude) to generate responses. Anthropic may retain these messages in accordance with their privacy policy. We do not store your conversation history on our servers.

What We Don't Do

  • We don't sell your data to anyone.
  • We don't use third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
  • We don't share your information with third parties except as described above (Anthropic for AI responses, AWS for authentication and cloud storage).
  • We don't track your location or access your contacts, camera, or microphone.

Authentication

Account sign-in and management is handled by Amazon Cognito, a secure authentication service provided by Amazon Web Services. Your password is never stored or accessible by us — it is managed entirely by AWS. Cloud data storage is also provided by AWS. You can read their privacy policy at aws.amazon.com/privacy.

Data Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@getjacked.app. We will delete your account and all cloud-stored workout data. Local data on your device can be removed by deleting the app.

Children's Privacy

Jacked is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
